A semester course for students elected to Student Council. This course is designed to teach the basic functions of responsible government including representing the views of the constituents, budgeting, decision-making, and the reaching of consensus and compromise agreements. This course does not meet the district social studies graduation requirement but may be repeated for credit. Students must be elected into this class through the Student Body election process. Participation at lunch and after school events is mandatory.
