Oakmont High School Athletics

Every student wishing to participate in practices or athletic contests must complete an athletic clearance packet each year.  The athlete is required to have an annual physical form completed by a qualified physician dated on or after May 24, 2011. 
 
Eligibility Requirements
 
Academic Eligibility:  2.0 GPA and pass three classes during the last grading period.
 
Citizenship:  Clear all fines and detention assignments; meet training rules; abide by the athletic handbook guidelines; obey school rules.
 
Residential:  Complete Residential Eligibility Information form; transfer students must complete additional forms; approval required by administration.
